Are you an experienced Charge Nurse looking to make a difference in a rural hospital setting? Do you have a passion for providing exceptional care in Med/Surg, telemetry, and surgical environments? Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Charge Nurse to join their team and lead the way in delivering top-notch patient care.

As a Charge Nurse, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the Med/Surg unit, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care. You will be responsible for managing a diverse patient population, including adult med/surg, telemetry, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, GYN surgery, and occasional pediatric cases.

Lead and coordinate nursing staff in the Med/Surg unit
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Provide direct patient care as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Need 1 year experience in setting
Must have charge nurse experience
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
