Speech Language Pathologist / SLP

Key Responsibilities Include Conducting comprehensive evaluations using standardized and observational techniques. Designing personalized treatment plans for communication and swallowing goals. Delivering one-on-one therapy sessions across language, fluency, voice, and swallowing areas. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop integrated care approaches. Educating patients and families to support ongoing progress. Performing inpatient evaluations and therapies as needed. Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with regulations. Pursuing professional development through ongoing education and peer collaboration. Qualifications Include A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment. Necessary Skills Expertise in evidence-based treatments for clients of all ages. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse backgrounds. Strong clinical judgment, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Experience with electronic medical records and documentation compliance.
