Automotive Detailer

Keeler is seeking an experienced Automotive Detailer to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in producing showroom-quality results and has experience with advanced paint correction techniques. This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated professional who is committed to delivering exceptional workmanship on every vehicle. Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday Pay: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience Responsibilities Wet sand and buff vehicle finishes to remove imperfections and restore shine Apply professional ceramic coatings to new and pre-owned vehicles Complete paint correction and polishing to dealership-quality standards Wash, vacuum, clean, and prepare vehicles for customer delivery Inspect completed work to ensure the highest level of quality Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work efficiently while meeting production deadlines Qualifications Wet sanding, buffing, and ceramic coating experience is required Strong knowledge of paint correction techniques and detailing products Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Plan with Employer Contribution Paid Vacation, Sick, and Personal Time Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Vehicle Purchase Program On-Site Gym Opportunities for growth within the Keeler organization If you're passionate about automotive detailing and have the skills to produce high-quality finishes, we'd love to hear from you.
