Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day customer, sales representative, and channel order activity. Coordinate with sales, product development, warehouses, and factories to ensure order fulfillment. Monitor orders and support on-time delivery performance. Escalate issues that may impact customer commitments or business objectives. Maintain relationships with retailers, buyers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1-5 years of customer service or related experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience with Microsoft GP is a plus. Footwear industry experience is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
