Job Description

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be a vital member of a small team dedicated to providing exceptional support to our customers. Reporting directly to the Team Lead, you will handle customer interactions with professionalism and efficiency while demonstrating strong product knowledge and attention to detail in data entry tasks. This role offers no travel requirements and presents opportunities for internal promotion to advance your career within the company.

Responsibilities

Provide timely and accurate customer support
Perform data entry tasks with precision
Maintain thorough knowledge of company products
Engage with customers to resolve inquiries and issues

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience in customer service
Strong communication skills
Effective multitasking abilities
Proficient data entry skills
Excellent time management
Typing proficiency
Ability to lift 50 pounds
