We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Senior Developer to lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow IRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk Management, along with the ability to lead technical solution design, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

The candidate should be comfortable participating in architecture governance processes, presenting technical designs, and ensuring ServiceNow solutions align with enterprise standards for scalability, security, and maintainability.

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions.

• Work extensively with:

  • Policy and Compliance Management

  • Risk Management

  • Audit Management

  • Vendor Risk Management

  • Operational Resilience is a plus

• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, and Flow Designer workflows.

• Lead technical solution design and prepare HLD/LLD documentation.

• Participate in Architecture Review Boards and present/defend technical designs.

• Automate risk assessments, compliance testing, audit workflows, issue management, and remediation activities.

• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and GRC, security, and enterprise platforms using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.

• Conduct code reviews and establish ServiceNow development standards.

• Ensure platform scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across IRM initiatives.

• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Security, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support when required.

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience

• 6+ years of ServiceNow IRM/GRC experience

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • ServiceNow IRM / GRC

  • Risk Management

  • Policy and Compliance Management

  • Audit Management

  • Vendor Risk Management

  • Flow Designer

  • IntegrationHub

  • CMDB

  • ServiceNow platform architecture

• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting experience.

• Proficiency with Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, and UI Policies.

• Strong experience with REST/SOAP integrations and enterprise application integrations.

• Understanding of GRC, risk, compliance, audit, and regulatory frameworks including SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR .

• Experience with Agile methodologies.

• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.

• Strong technical leadership and mentoring experience.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ( CSA )

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer ( CAD )

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Risk and Compliance ( CIS-RC )

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Vendor Risk Management ( CIS-VRM )

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Audit Management ( CIS-AM )

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
