Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid | Full-Time Locations: Greeley, CO | Yuma, CO | Trinidad, CO Pay: $51-$67 per clinical hour (based on experience) $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-year commitment required) We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical support and behavioral intervention services for children with autism and related developmental disabilities. This role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA therapy while collaborating with families, technicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support positive outcomes for clients. This is a full-time hybrid position with: In-person: Monday, Wednesday, Friday Remote: Tuesday, Thursday Hours are based on client services delivered. Key Responsibilities: Assess client needs and develop individualized behavior intervention programs using ABA principles. Provide on-site supervision and guidance to therapy teams. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure successful outcomes. Participate in IEP meetings, providing behavioral objectives and intervention recommendations. Conduct training workshops for families, schools, and therapy staff. Provide ongoing training, feedback, and supervision to behavioral technicians. Act as a primary point of contact between clients, families, and clinical staff.
