Payroll Manager

Our client is a large and growing construction company with operations across several states, and they’re currently looking for a Payroll Manager . This position will impact company operations day one and work with a team that collaborates closely and values reliability. This person must have significant payroll management experience within large organizations along with union experience. Overview Payroll Manager (Santa Fe Springs - On Site): Must be on-site 5x a week Must have construction AND union payroll experience Must have experience managing payroll in a large environment with significant headcount Will manage an existing team in place Must have a strong background in compliance and reporting Experience with Spectrum Payroll is desired, but not required Compensation is likely $130k-$150k base + bonus, benefits, 401k, PTO, etc Qualifications On-site requirement: available to work at Santa Fe Springs location Construction industry payroll experience Union payroll experience Experience managing payroll in a large organization with a sizable headcount Leadership experience overseeing an existing payroll team Strong background in compliance and reporting Familiarity with Spectrum Payroll is a plus Benefits Competitive base salary in the range of $130k-$150k Bonus potential Benefits, 401k, and PTO #J-18808-Ljbffr
