Accounting Consultant

Quantium is an all-in-one investment management platform for private market managers. We streamline investment administration, analytics, data aggregation, and investor reporting. Serving top private asset managers with over $100B client assets, we are scaling our products and teams across engineering, business development, and client support. About the role This role sits at the intersection of accounting, data, and systems. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure that financial data is accurately structured, validated, and reflected in the system. This is not a routine accounting role — you will be exposed to real client problems, system workflows, and data-driven decision-making early in your career. This role is designed for individuals who want to move beyond traditional accounting and grow into a more client-facing, solution-oriented role over time. What you’ll be doing Validate and reconcile financial data (GL, balance sheet, bank reconciliation) Investigate discrepancies between client records and system outputs Support system implementation Assist in onboarding clients onto the platform (data migration, validation, reporting setup) Help translate accounting workflows into system logic Work with clients Gather business requirements and understand client needs Support clients in using the system and interpreting financial outputs Problem-solving & collaboration Work with internal teams to identify root causes of issues and resolve them Participate in testing new features and system improvements Documentation & process Prepare clear documentation (workflows, test cases, user guides) Contribute to improving internal processes and implementation standards Who we’re looking for We’re looking for someone who is analytical, curious, and eager to grow beyond traditional accounting work.
