About the Position

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (Medical-Surgical/Progressive Care) – New Hampshire

Start Date: November 16, 2026

Location: New Hampshire

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 13-week assignment; 12-hour shifts with every other weekend rotation; holiday coverage required (must work 2 of 3 major holiday blocks: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's)

Highlights:

• Patient ratio of 6:1 with support from 2 Licensed Nursing Assistants, a Nurse Lead, and House Supervisor
• EPIC electronic medical records system in use
• 13-week contract with no guaranteed 48-hour work week; flexible scheduling requests not available after submission
• Collaborate on comprehensive care planning and implement nursing standards across patient populations
• Charge nurse responsibilities included as part of the role
• Up to 5 days of requested time off considered if submitted at application (holiday blackout periods apply)

Requirements:

• Active New Hampshire RN license or valid Compact license
• 3+ years of current Medical-Surgical nursing experience required
• 2+ years of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Stepdown experience required
• Charge nurse experience required
• Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required
• EPIC EMR experience highly preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Must provide current Medical-Surgical and Stepdown/PCU skills checklists (within 1 year)
• One supervisory signed reference from within the past two years required
• Reliable personal vehicle required
• Candidates must reside outside the local commuting area
