About the Role Good Path Health Services is a growing outpatient behavioral health practice seeking pre-licensed clinicians pursuing LMHC or related licensure, as well as fully licensed clinicians (LMHC, LICSW). This position offers structured weekly supervision (for pre-licensed clinicians), a consistent caseload, and hands‑on experience providing psychotherapy in a supportive clinical environment. Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy sessions (in-person or telehealth) Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate in weekly supervision (for pre-licensed clinicians) Develop treatment plans and maintain patient care standards Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (or currently enrolled for students) Eligible for licensure supervision in Massachusetts or currently licensed (LMHC, LICSW) Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with documentation or EHR systems Motivated to build and maintain a clinical caseload What We Offer Weekly supervision toward licensure (for pre-licensed clinicians) Structured clinical environment and support Opportunity to build a consistent caseload Growth within a developing behavioral health practice Practicum and internship students may also apply for training opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
