Salary: $75,000 - $90,000/year
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | Fully Onsite

We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join a growing manufacturing organization in Coventry, RI. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on HR responsibilities.

What You'll Do

As the HR Business Partner, you'll play a key role in supporting employees, managers, and leadership by:

• Partnering with leadership on workforce planning and organizational initiatives
• Leading performance management and annual review processes
• Supporting employee relations, coaching, and disciplinary actions
• Developing leadership, career pathing, and employee development programs
• Managing onboarding and new hire orientation
• Administering FMLA, leave programs, and HR compliance
• Supporting recruiting efforts when needed
• Managing HR documentation, reporting, and HRIS data
• Assisting with compensation, engagement, and workforce planning initiatives
• Developing and improving HR processes and best practices
• Maintaining a strong presence on the manufacturing floor to support employees and managers

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience , including significant HR Business Partner experience within a manufacturing environment
• Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, and organizational initiatives
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, FMLA, and HR compliance
• Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing or industrial environment experience
• Experience supporting a blue-collar workforce
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification
• ADP Workforce Now experience
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Master's degree in Human Resources (a plus)
