Schedule:

Full-Time: 40 hours/week, typical schedule is Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Part-Time: Typical schedule is Monday - Friday, 12:30 - 5pm,

Occasional flexibility in hours may be required based on workload or events.

Hiring Range : $16.40 to $17.75 per hour- Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Candidates who meet only the minimum requirements can expect to start at the beginning of the range, while those with additional and relevant experience and/or advanced skills may be considered for higher starting pay within the range.

• Understanding of OSHA safety standards and safe chemical handling

• Experience maintaining cleaning supply inventories

• Physical ability to meet job demands (lifting, bending, standing, reaching)

• Valid Driver's License and ability to drive an agency vehicle on campus

Key Responsibilities:

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organization across campus facilities, including but not limited to:

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Operating floor buffers and carpet shampooing equipment
• Cleaning windows, blinds, window sills, baseboards, and furniture
• Cleaning and sanitizing all restrooms; restocking paper goods and soap
• Emptying, cleaning, and maintaining trash receptacles
• Inventorying and restocking cleaning supplies and equipment
• Checking and replacing HVAC filters as scheduled
• Monitoring outdoor areas for trash, sidewalk conditions, snow clearing, and plant care
• Assisting with moving furniture, boxes, and supplies
• Event setup and breakdown
• Washing and drying linens for staff overnight stays
• Communicating maintenance needs discovered during cleaning
• Maintaining organized work areas and securing equipment at shift end
• Adhering to all agency policies, SOPs, and OSHA regulations
• Performing additional duties as assigned within scope of training
