Position Summary
As the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you'll help lead clinical operations, support and develop nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote exceptional resident care. This leadership role is ideal for an RN who is passionate about quality outcomes and team development.
Qualifications
- Active Nebraska RN License
- Leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to excellence in resident care
