Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a long-term care and post-acute setting. Responsibilities Provide direct bedside nursing care to residents Administer medications and treatments accurately Monitor, assess, and document resident health status Support and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Promote resident safety and infection control protocols Engage with residents and their families to ensure quality care Qualifications & Skills Valid LPN license Compassionate and patient-centered approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to model dignity, respect, and servant leadership Commitment to safety, infection control, and continuous improvement Opportunities: Ongoing training, clinical growth, and a collaborative, inclusive work environment dedicated to quality care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
