Responsibilities include assisting the business goals of the insurance agency with mutually agreed upon expectations, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options, and using exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

Qualifications include being a full-time student currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program throughout the duration of the internship, coursework or expressed interest in areas such as Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, Marketing, etc., ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as operate independently, effective customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to create, build, and maintain relationships with internal and external parties, and prioritization, time management, and organizational skills to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
