The Cigna Group is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist (MTM) to deliver medication management and MTM services remotely, supporting CMRs, TMRs, and adherence initiatives. You will review therapy for safety, communicate with prescribers, and document outcomes in our clinical systems. Qualified candidates have a PharmD (or BS in Pharmacy), an active license, MTM/ambulatory care experience, and strong communication skills to coordinate with the care team. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company
