Subway Assistant Manager Location Location: 2650 New Market Rd Location: US-VA-Richmond Brand: Subway Minimum salary: USD $16.00/Hr. Maximum salary: USD $18.00/Hr. Position Type: Full-Time Shift: Open Availability Overview We're looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Subway location. In this role, you'll support daily operations, coach team members, and ensure food quality and service standards are met. You'll also step in for the Store Manager when needed and help drive a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. • 18 years of age or older
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Job requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division and multiplication)
• Ability to show patience and articulate well during the training of new employees
• Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
