The Job Be responsible for delivering financial analysis, reporting, forecasting support, and decision support to help drive growth and profitability. Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to provide insights into business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support execution of commercial and financial objectives. Serve as a finance business partner for the Lowes commercial account team. Support monthly financial close processes for the Lowes commercial business, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results and variances. Develop, analyze, and report financial results, quarterly forecasts, and annual operating plan inputs to support business planning and decision-making. Oversee controls for trade spending processes including proactive monitoring of forecasted accruals and planned promotional spending. Provide actionable insights on sales performance, margin trends, and profitability drivers. Partner with sales and operations teams to evaluate promotional activities, pricing strategies, and new business opportunities. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and highlight risks and opportunities to support corrective actions as needed. Support contract analysis, rebate calculations, and compliance with financial policies and processes. Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance financial reporting, forecasting, and analytics. Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and support interactions with Lowes counterparts, as needed. Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as necessary. The Person Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required. 3+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis, preferably within a Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Commercial Finance environment. Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, effective oral and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to develop data-driven recommendations. Demonstrated financial systems acumen, with the ability to use financial tools and systems to support accurate reporting, analysis, and informed decision-making. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with Power BI, Hyperion HFM, SAP, or equivalent systems is preferred. The Salary range for this position is $77,600.00 - $124,900.00 This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
