We proudly sponsor J1 and H1B visas, providing international physicians with a seamless pathway to practice medicine in the U.S. This role requires fluency in Mandarin to deliver culturally competent care to our diverse patient community.Key Responsibilities:Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics.Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions with a focus on preventive care.Conduct telemedicine consultations from the office as part of your weekly schedule.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.Prescribe medications, interpret diagnostic tests, and educate patients on treatment plans.Maintain accurate, compliant medical records using EMR systems.Serve as a trusted healthcare advocate within the community.Qualifications:MD or DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine.Active New York State medical license (or eligibility to obtain before starting).Fluency in Mandarin is required.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide culturally sensitive care.Experience in outpatient settings is preferred, but new graduates are welcome.Work Schedule:Full-Time: 40 hours per week, with 1-3 weekends per month.Part-Time: Minimum of 3 days per week.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive Salary: $260,560 - $312,707 (based on experience and qualifications).Paid Time Off (PTO) plus paid holidays.Full medical malpractice insurance coverage.Continuing Medical Education (CME) support and reimbursement.Visa sponsorship (J1 and H1B) with comprehensive immigration support.Start Date:Immediate openings are available.
