Knowledge of estimating processes, material and building system costs, labor productivity, and conceptual project construction requirements required.At least five years of leadership experience required.Experience in Guarantee Maximum Price (GMP) as well as Lump Sum (Hard) Bid type of projects required.Understanding and proficiency of construction coding in CSI, Master Format and Uniformat required.A strong understanding of excel spreadsheets, database-based software (WinEst), take-off software (On-Screen take-off) scheduling software (Microsoft Schedule, Primavera) is required.Intermediate experience in Microsoft O365 required.A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check.
