Part-Time Exhibitor Solutions Representative (New York City Metropolitan Area)

Summary

Under the supervision of the Exhibitor Solutions Manager, the Exhibitor Solutions Representative serves as a key point of contact for exhibitors and internal teams. This role provides service information, supports order processing, and resolves customer issues to ensure a seamless event experience.

This is a part-time position of up to 29 hours per week. While we ask for availability across at least five days per week to support operational flexibility, team members are typically scheduled for around three working days per week, depending on business needs.

The rate of pay range for this position is $20.00 hourly.

Essential Functions:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist customers in the Call Center and at on-site Service Centers during events.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and complaints, offering effective solutions within appropriate timeframes.
• Proactively contact customers prior to events to assist with order placement, account verification, and event requirements.
• Accurately process service orders and related documentation.
• Facilitate customer credit approvals during events.
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or an office environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Basic accounting or financial transaction experience preferred.

Special Conditions of Position:

• Must be reliable and punctual, with the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods when working on-site during events.
