Job Title: Field Support Cleaner
Location: Office Pride Of North Alabama at Huntsville
Schedule: Monday- Sunday
Payrate: May vary depending on experience

Office Pride of North Alabama , is looking for a motivated, dependable, and hands-on Field Support Cleaner to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our cleaning staff are being welcome and trained, supported, and set up for success.

This is a Field Support floating position that provides guidance  on the filed, service coverage, quality inspections, and field support across multiple accounts. If you enjoy working with people, working side by side with others and helping maintain high service standards, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Employee Development 

• Conduct hands-on training for new cleaners at assigned accounts.
• Teach company policies, procedures, safety practices, and service expectations.
• Provide ongoing coaching and refresher training as needed.
• Help employees build confidence, efficiency, and complete quality work. 
• Monitor employee progress and provide feedback for improvement.

Field Support & Coverage

• Provide coverage for open shifts, call-offs, vacations, and staffing needs.
• Support multiple accounts as needed.
• Respond quickly to operational needs and customer concerns.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct routine quality inspections and spot checks.
• Ensure cleaning tasks are completed according to company standards.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide corrective coaching.
• Monitor proper use and care of equipment and supplies.

Team Leadership

• Engage with employees by providing encouragement, direction, and support.
• Assist employees with timekeeping questions and compliance.
• Report performance concerns, policy violations, or disciplinary issues to management.
• Review communication logs and relay important information to staff.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience required.
• Experience training, coaching, or supervising employees preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules.
• Own transportation and willingness to travel between accounts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical cleaning duties when needed.
