We are currently seeking a SAP Treasury Functional Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Title: SAP Treasury Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Treasury Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Treasury solutions. The candidate will be responsible for managing treasury transformation initiatives, driving solution architecture, and working closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable and effective treasury processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Treasury implementation and transformation projects across multiple business units/entities.

• Own the end-to-end design and delivery of SAP Treasury and Cash Management solutions.

• Provide functional leadership across Cash Management, Liquidity Management, Bank Account Management, Payments, In-House Banking, and Treasury Management.

• Drive integration of SAP Treasury with SAP FI/CO, Accounts Payable/Receivable, banking platforms, and external payment systems.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Treasury solutions and functional specifications.

• Lead solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Manage treasury process improvements, automation, and standardization initiatives.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, banks, and technology teams to define requirements and resolve issues.

• Provide guidance on treasury controls, payment processes, bank connectivity, and cash/liquidity visibility.

• Lead project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.

• Manage and mentor SAP Treasury consultants and coordinate with offshore/onshore delivery teams.

• Support pre-sales activities, solution proposals, estimations, and client presentations, as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12+ years of SAP experience with significant hands-on expertise in SAP Treasury.

• Strong expertise in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) and/or SAP S/4HANA Treasury.

• Strong knowledge of SAP Cash Management and Liquidity Management.

• Experience with Bank Account Management (BAM) and payment processes.

• Strong understanding of Treasury Accounting and integration with SAP FI/CO.

• Experience with Electronic Bank Statement (EBS), payment processing, and bank connectivity.

• Knowledge of In-House Banking, Cash Pooling, and payment formats.

• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA.

• Strong understanding of treasury business processes, including cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, FX, debt, investments, and financial risk management.

• Experience leading SAP implementation, rollout, or transformation programs.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and lead distributed/global teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP S/4HANA Treasury.

• Knowledge of SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC) or other bank connectivity solutions.

• Exposure to SWIFT, ISO 20022, payment formats, and banking interfaces.

• Experience with treasury automation and process optimization.

• SAP certification in Treasury or S/4HANA is an advantage.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Role Expectations

The ideal candidate should possess a strong combination of SAP Treasury functional expertise, treasury business process knowledge, solution leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead complex transformation initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and stabilization.
