Concierge Patient Access & Activation Specialist
My Psychiatrist, LLC
More Than Scheduling. Help Patients Find the Right Provider. At My Psychiatrist, we believe the patient experience begins long before the first appointment. It begins with the first person who answers. We’re looking for a bilingual Patient Access Specialist to make that first experience exceptional. You’ll become knowledgeable about our providers, specialties, locations, availability, languages, and services—and guide patients from curiosity to confidence, from inquiry to appointment. We’re looking for someone who brings customer service, diligence, accountability, and follow-through. As a Patient Access Specialist at our Contact Center, you’ll become one of the first connections between patients and the care they need. Why This Opportunity My Psychiatrist is a growing, physician-led behavioral health organization bringing together: Psychiatry | Therapy | Psychological & Neuropsychological Testing | TMS & Neuromodulation | SPRAVATO® | Patient Operations Everything we build is grounded in one belief: Exceptional patient care happens when clinical excellence, operational precision, and human connection work together. As a Patient Access Specialist, you’re one of the first people responsible for making that happen. And as My Psychiatrist grows, we want the people helping us build it to grow with us. You’ll have the infrastructure and benefits to support you: Competitive hourly compensation Additional earning potential through performance incentives Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off + paid holidays Tenure recognition Structured onboarding and hands-on training Ongoing coaching, mentorship, and guidance Professional development Collaborative, physician-led behavioral healthcare environment Grow as we grow.
