Travel Nurse
We are seeking dedicated Travel Nurses to provide exceptional patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility. This position offers an opportunity for professionals who are passionate about nursing and eager to make a difference in the lives of their patients.
Shift Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: 12-hour shifts
- Typical Hours: 36-hour guaranteed, with potential for 48+ hour schedules
- Location: Various positions available in City, State
Role Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
- Monitor and document patients' progress and changes in condition.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and wellness strategies.
Qualifications
- Current and valid nursing license in the state of practice.
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or similar environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
