Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience as a scaffold builder or a similar role. Comprehensive knowledge of scaffolding systems, materials, and safety protocols. Certification in scaffolding construction and safety (e.g., CISRS, OSHA, or equivalent). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and scaffolding plans. Physical fitness and ability to work at heights and in challenging outdoor environments. Preferred Qualifications: Additional training or certification in rigging or mechanical maintenance.
