Behavioral Health Counselor

The State of Connecticut, Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) seeks a Professional Counselor to join the Connecticut Valley Hospital 22-bed unit in Middletown. You will deliver active treatment, discharge planning and coordinated care for individuals with complex behavioral health needs in an acute psychiatric setting. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide crisis intervention, and #J-18808-Ljbffr
