Alamogordo drivers, this account runs like OTR but keeps you inside 27 states, everything east of Denver except the Northeast, with a pay scale that climbs the longer you're on it.
Pay
- OTR pay scale, average weekly earnings from $1,200 up to $1,800 as you build tenure
- $1,000 guaranteed weekly pay for your first 3 months after your first solo dispatch
- Performance bonus program
- $15 stop pay
New to Trucking? Here's Exactly What to Expect
- Trainee pay of $850 per week during training
- Paid one-on-one OTR training with an experienced mentor
- Immediate upgrade to full solo mileage rate once training is complete
- Minimum of 120 hours from an accredited CDL school required to start
Route & Freight
- Runs across 27 states, everything east of Denver, excluding New England
- 1,800 to 2,200 miles weekly
- Live load, live unload, preload, and drop and hook
Home Time & Schedule
- Home every two weeks, with options to discuss alternate schedules
- Day and night dispatch
- Weekend work expected, holidays open to discuss
Qualifications
- New CDL-A holders welcome, or 6+ months of verifiable solo experience
- Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card, 21 years or older
- Clean MVR and background check
- Must pass hair and urine drug testing
