Strategic Develop and execute strategies to boost restaurant capacity and overall performance, aligning operational goals with marketing initiatives. Conduct one‑on‑one meetings with team leaders and staff to provide constructive feedback, coaching, and professional development. Partner with the restaurant General Manager/Operator to align personal and departmental goals with broader company objectives. Direct Responsibilities Collaborate with the administrative team to set ambitious goals and create strategic plans that drive restaurant improvement and growth. Empower back‑of‑house and front‑of‑house leadership teams to foster effective communication, keeping all team members informed and engaged with goals and directives. Implement training programs for team members to ensure adherence to operational procedures that enhance food safety and product quality.
