Kitchen Food Production Helpers

**Location: * Openings in * **Mission, McAllen and Edinburg, TX

**Pay: **$11.00 per hour

**Schedule: **Monday–Sunday. Rotating shifts, must be available to work weekends, holidays & overtime (if needed).

Express Pros is hiring Kitchen Food Production Helpers for a local Mexican restaurant! You will assist with food preparation, packaging, restocking supplies that often weigh up to 50 lbs , and maintaining a clean kitchen.

Responsibilities:

• Chop vegetables, pack, and prep ingredients for daily production
• Assist with making and preparing foods and other food products
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation following food safety standards
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet production demands
• Follow directions from kitchen supervisors and team leads
• Perform other kitchen duties as needed

Requirements:

• Kitchen or food service experience preferred, but not required

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
