About This Opportunity JOB TITLE: Production Associate POSITION TYPE: Full time CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt STARTING PAY RATE: $27.01/hour plus $1.25/hour overnight shift premium Double pay for any unscheduled work Time and a half for any overtime Time and a half for all work performed on a Sunday Weekends and holidays scheduled on a rotating basis Join Foremost Farms as a Production Associate in Clayton, Wisconsin! Job Responsibilities Produce a safe and quality product Troubleshoot production issues and escape them to appropriate team members Trained on HACCP, GMP’s, safety, manufacturing processes, and loss control programs and use that knowledge to perform your work duties Participation in a team environment Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years or older Able to read and comprehend the English language Ability to do basic math (addition and subtraction) Must be able to tell time on an analog or digital clock Ability to use computers and touch-screen technology Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Must be detail oriented Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment Must be able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing experience Benefits At Foremost Farms, we believe that you and your family matter most.
