Concrete Finisher

This role is responsible for constructing and finishing concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases that support telecommunications structures. The ideal candidate has experience in residential or commercial projects and is committed to maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship. Job Location: The role includes travel every four weeks throughout Arizona providing the opportunity to work in diverse locations and gain valuable experience. Essential Responsibilities: Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications Set and align wooden forms Perform finishing techniques including screeding, edging, troweling, raking, brooming Be willing to assist other team members as needed Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific requirements Requirements: Current OSHA 10 certificate or be willing to obtain the certification shortly after hire Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher Previous carpentry experience is an asset Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Must have a valid driver's license Work Conditions: Monday to Friday working from7am to3pm,working8hoursper day, overtime rates apply after40 hoursworked per week Living out allowance provided Must be willing and able to travel Health and wellness benefits, plus 401(k) matching Additional Information The Ledcor Group of Companies is one of North America's most diversified construction companies.
