Operations & Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Make Ready Maintenance Technician to join our on-site operations team to help support a positive experience for our residents. Responsibilities Meet deadlines for drywall repairs, painting, caulking, and grouting. Assist with windows, carpentry, and ceramic tile installation. Complete administrative paperwork as necessary. Assist with snow and ice removal as required. Communicate effectively and professionally with residents. Qualifications Previous experience in building maintenance working with drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, appliance repair, and HVAC. Maintain a professional appearance following team dress code policy. Possess basic computer skills and comfort learning software, apps, and programs. On‑job training and development available.
