Submission Requirements
- Must have 2 years of RN Cath Lab experience - REQUIRED
- Experience in a critical care setting (ICU, ED, etc) or previous Cath/EP Lab setting - Preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing - Preferred
Profile Requirements
- Resume
- Skills Checklist (must be less than a year old)
- 2 supervisory references from within the last year
- License - must be active at time of submission
- Certifications - dont need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
- MUST disclose any previous Parkland employment history within submitting profile
- Proof of Taxable Address - Drivers License, Current Utility Bill, Lease/Rental Agreement, Mortgage Statement/Bill, Homeowners or Renters Insurance Statement/Bill, Voter Registration, Bank Statement, Auto Insurance, Tax Return
Certification Requirements
- ACLS (AHA)
