You will learn how to generate new business through prospecting, building your database, connecting with potential buyers and sellers, and maintaining consistent communication with prospective clients. Sales training, scripts, and proven lead generation strategies will help you become more comfortable starting conversations, identifying opportunities, and turning relationships into appointments.

Practical experience will be an important part of your development. You will learn how to prepare for and conduct property showings, organize and host open houses, communicate with visitors, and follow up with interested buyers. You will also gain exposure to buyer consultations, listing presentations, market research, and the steps involved in helping clients make informed real estate decisions.

Working alongside knowledgeable real estate professionals, you will receive guidance on contracts, offers, negotiations, transaction coordination, and managing clients throughout the buying and selling process. Regular coaching and accountability will help you set business goals, organize your schedule, track your activities, and develop the consistency needed to build a reliable pipeline of future opportunities.

Compensation:

$140,000+ at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients through proactive outreach and follow-up to build lasting relationships.
• Conduct property tours and open houses to showcase listings and attract prospective buyers.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn the intricacies of real estate transactions from start to finish.
• Utilize market research to provide clients with informed advice on property values and trends.
• Maintain an organized database of leads and clients to ensure timely communication and follow-up.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your sales and negotiation skills.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with real estate regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with diverse clients.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals.
• Familiarity with real estate market trends and property values is a plus.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using technology and real estate software to manage client information.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and market conditions quickly.
