What You'll Do:  

• Welcome residents, guests, and visitors, providing assistance and directing them to the appropriate location
• Answer and route incoming calls in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
• Conduct routine building rounds to help ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents and visitors
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of front desk activities
• Monitor and respond to resident call systems and follow established procedures when assistance is needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for residents, families, guests, and team members
• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and other duties as assigned
• Support daily front desk operations and help ensure efficient communication throughout the community

What You'll Need:  

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Must be 18 years or older (required) 
• 1 year of prior experience in receptionist or security role (required)
