Render Artist

Role Overview

Join the Driving Empire team as a Render Artist and help shape how one of Roblox’s leading automotive experiences looks and feels to millions of players. In this role, you’ll create high-quality renders across both in-game and marketing art, bringing strong creative instincts and a deep understanding of the Roblox ecosystem to everything from eye-catching thumbnails to polished game assets.

You’ll work closely with our Art Lead to push creative ideas, evolve Driving Empire’s visual style, and create artwork that captures the latest trends across cars, sports and internet culture. What You’ll Do

• Create renders for both in-game and marketing art for Driving Empire
• Work with the Art Lead on artistic challenges, deliver with consistent speed across all requests to ensure art assets are delivered on time
• Use creativity and insight to add value to asset requests, ensuring alignment with art lead and game team goals
• Execute against Driving Empire’s game style and art direction, alongside the requirement set for by our licensing partners
• Follow and execute against defined art-production pipelines, processes, and documentation to ensure efficient asset creation and implementation
• Collaborate effectively with the Art Lead on the provided feedback, ensuring assets meet quality standards and align with the artistic vision and technical requirements of the project

Who You Are

• 1 - 3 years of work experience in a creative field (or equivalent freelance/owned project experience)
• Portfolio includes several examples of high-quality renders for games on Roblox
• Ability to level up assets creatively that they have worked on, strong creative sense
• Proficiency in Blender, Photoshop, Roblox Studio, and Premiere Pro
• Ability to work full-time (40+ hours per week )
• Be 18 years of age or older

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, JIRA, or similar applications
• Experience with Moon Animator
• Experience creating animations within the Roblox ecosystem
