Job Description

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful execution of scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Manage all financial aspects of assigned projects, including forecasting, cost control, contract administration, and change orders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules while coordinating with field operations, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
• Drive project planning, procurement, and risk management activities to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Partner closely with Superintendents to maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards on-site.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Mentor and support project team members while fostering a collaborative project environment.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Project Manager should have:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
• Extensive ground-up construction experience is required.
• Experience managing large-scale multifamily, healthcare, higher education, commercial, or institutional projects.
• Wood-frame construction experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction operations, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract management.
• Demonstrated success leading teams and coordinating multiple project stakeholders.
• Stable career history with strong tenure at reputable construction firms.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
