We’re seeking a skilled HVAC Warranty Technician to handle residential installation and service warranty claims. In this role, you will be

responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems while ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is

experienced, detail-oriented, and has a strong commitment to delivering quality work.

Required:

• EPA certified is preferred (If not, don't worry we will get you certified!)

• An upbeat attitude and strong work ethic

• Excellent communication skills with customers and coworkers

• Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major traffic incidents

• Able to pass a drug and background check

• Residential experience preferred.

Job Type:

• Full-time

Salary: 

• $50k-$60K+. Depends on skills, qualifications, and being a cultural fit

Additional Compensation:

• Performance Commission

• Bonuses

Pay Frequency:

• Weekly - EVERY FRIDAY!

Education:

• High school or equivalent
