The individual is responsible for exercising independent judgment to manage the daily operations related to optimally operating the hotel. Responsibilities Training, mentoring, and supervising staff in the Front Desk, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Laundry, and Breakfast department Handling customer complaints and queries Walk/be present on property, especially during shift changes, to ensure daily priorities are communicated, which will equip individuals and the team for success Handle guest complaints and queries promptly and professionally to uphold service excellence. Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret business correspondence, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations Ability to read and interpret business materials, write professional correspondence, and deliver presentations.
