Tour Guide/Visitor Relations Specialist Location: Mukilteo, WA Job Description Pay: $27.20/hr (W2) 100% onsite in Mukilteo, WA ~6-month seasonal assignment (through September 30th, potential for extension) Full-time: 32-40hrs/week, shifts typically 8AM – 6PM (flexibility required) You will lead guided tours for groups up to 50+ guests and deliver engaging, scripted presentations You will act as a brand ambassador, creating a positive and interactive visitor experience You will memorize and present tour content, including aviation/aerospace topics (training provided) You will support guest services including ticketing, wayfinding, and exhibit engagement You will facilitate interactive activities and assist during events and special programming You will collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and on-time tours You will maintain strong customer engagement, answer questions, and handle diverse audiences (including children) You will work a flexible schedule that can include weekends, holidays, and occasional extended hours Qualifications 1+ year of customer-facing experience with strong communication skills Experience in public speaking, teaching, training, acting, or tour guiding preferred Strong reliability, punctuality, and attendance are critical Friendly, outgoing, and confident presenting to large audiences Ability to memorize scripts and speak for extended periods (up to 90 minutes at a time) Comfortable standing/walking for up to 6 hours per shift Team-oriented with a positive, engaging attitude Referral Bonus Referral bonus for any candidate hired. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Fountain Group
