Doctors Subacute Healthcare + Rehab in Passaic, NJ seeks a compassionate LPN to deliver high-quality bedside care in a skilled nursing and subacute rehab setting. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, support rehabilitation plans, and document care accurately in the EHR. Working closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians, you’ll provide individualized, resident-centered care, educate residents and families, and promote dignity, safety, and comfort. This role offers opportunities to grow skills in post-acute, long-term, and specialized clinical programs within a collaborative, supportive team.
