Substitute Secretary / Administrative Assistant
Centrally located on Interstate 94 less than 25 miles northwest of Maple Grove and 30 miles southeast of Saint Cloud, Monticello is home to five brick and mortar schools and two nature-based facilities serving more than 4,000 students annually. Monticello consistently ranks in the top 50 school districts in the state as measured by a number of organizations and metrics, and performs above the state average in graduation rates, test scores, and early college opportunities.
Assist with general office support and professional administrative services to students, staff and community. Previous office experience preferred.
Position Requirements:
- Strong written & oral communication.
- Proficiency in operating computer hardware and software applications.
- Ability to relate with others and present a positive manner with the public, peers and administration in all forms of communications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information about students.
- Experience working with diverse students and families.
Substitute Rate: $20.60 / Hour Substitute rate for retirees from the Monticello Administrative Assistant group will be $27.63 / Hour.
