Bilingual Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Monarch Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Bilingual Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team in Waxachachie. Schedule (days/hours)

Monday - Friday 8:00am -5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
• Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
• Support smooth patient flow and provider efficiency
• Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience
• Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams

Qualifications

• TX RDA Certification
• CPR
• At least one year experience
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for creating a welcoming and comfortable patient experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish

Compensation

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
