Inside Sales

Industrial Inspection & Analysis ®️ (IIA) is seeking a highly organized and proactive part-time Inside Sales professional to support our business development efforts across Western North America . This role will play a key part in managing inbound leads, maintaining CRM data integrity, and supporting client engagement initiatives. IIA is an emerging, high growth inspection, testing, and analytical business seeking to build a national platform in order to serve a breadth of industrial sectors and geographies. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM, including lead tracking, data cleanup, and conversion optimization Conduct initial outreach to inbound leads in Western USA and Canada (East managed separately) Follow up on dormant or aging leads and coordinate meeting scheduling for senior technical discussions Proactively contact clients who have not recently submitted samples, based on sales dashboard insights and direction from Inside Sales Manager Coordinate order handoff to customer service and assist with follow-up as needed Candidate Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel) Ability to think critically and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills Quick learner with a pro‑active mindset Previous customer service or inside sales experience and/or previous experience in fuel/oil testing preferred Part‑time role (up to 20 hours per week) Preference for candidates based in the West Coast time zone (minimum 4 hours per day) Compensation: $22–$25 per hour, commensurate with experience Benefits Offered Medical (w/Mental Health coverage), Dental, Vision insurance Voluntary Short‑Term Disability, Critical Illness, and Accident plans Employer‑paid Life Insurance and Long‑Term Disability #J-18808-Ljbffr Industrial Inspection & Analysis
