Key Responsibilities * Provide comprehensiveoutpatient primary care services to patients of all ages. * Diagnose, treat, and manageacute and chronic medical conditions following current evidence-basedguidelines. * Promote preventive healthpractices and educate patients on disease prevention and wellness. * Collaborate withinterdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patientcare. * Participate in the ongoingdevelopment and enhancement of primary care programs and initiatives. * Maintain accurate and timelydocumentation in the electronic health record system.
