Inventory Coordinator (Tool Room)

Inventory Coordinator (Tool Room)
Location: Butler, NJ
Type: Contract To Hire
Compensation: $17.75 - $22.00/hour (based on experience)
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Schedule: Monday through Friday (7AM to 3:30PM)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare set-up tool kits using setup schedule, production schedule, and Bill of Tools CN-FR-005
- Sort returned inserts for repeated internal use and outside recycling program
- Maintain inventory to ensure that tools needed for scheduled orders are available and being ordered
- Perform monthly CNC Tooling Cost Analysis and report to the manager
- Select, negotiate, and obtain quotes from multiple Tooling suppliers
- Fill out and submit purchase requisitions for tooling supplies
- Assist employees with choosing and locating right tools
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
- Basic Math Skills measuring/use of calculator
- Microsoft Office Experience Word, Excel, Database, Outlook
- Familiar with using measuring instruments such as calipers
- Familiarity with cutting metals strongly preferred
