Physician Hematology/Oncology - Competitive Salary

Job Description

A thriving hospital-based cancer center in east-central Illinois serving a broad regional community is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join a collaborative and well-established oncology team.

• Join a team of four physicians and two APPs - one APP covers the inpatient consults, and one who manages the infusions
• Radiation Oncologist also in clinic
  
• Consistent and caring staff with lots of tenure
• 1:4 call – phone call only
• Cancer Center is on the hospital campus
  
• Not-for-profit regional hospital serving a ten-county region
• 165-bed community-based hospital supported by 200+ medical staff and 3,000+ employees
• Expanding system actively growing specialty services across multiple disciplines

Compensation/Benefits:

• $700k flat salary
• $100k sign-on bonus
• $60k total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
• 33 days of time off
• 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
