The Virtual Maternal Mental Health Therapist will: Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations and assessments of clients, including reviewing medical histories and formulating diagnoses. Develop individualized treatment plans for clients. Provide evidence-based, client-centered clinical care to individuals that aligns with the Momwell care model. Utilize client‑reported data in session with patients (measurement‑based care) to inform treatment plans. Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on clients’ progress or changing clinical needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including in our electronic health record system, in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing mental health practice. Full‑time (Appx. 25 hours per week) and Part‑time positions (Appx. 10 hours per week) are available. Offering In‑Network and Cash Pay service options In‑Network services currently offered in California, New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Texas and Florida. Hiring for In‑Network Services in Pennsylvania All therapists connect with our team of therapists through team meetings, peer supervisions, and ongoing group chats. Requirements: Valid and active mental health practitioner license (LCSW, LMFT) in Pennsylvania and another state where Momwell operates (AZ, CA, FL, GA, IL, MI, OH, NC, NY, TN, VA, WA, WI) Minimum of five years of experience as a fully licensed mental health practitioner. Private practice experience is a MUST! Ability to work independently in a 100% virtual environment. Experience working in women’s health or perinatal mental health Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on a client‑centered care model. Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding ethical standards. Willingness to obtain the Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) via Postpartum Support International.
